Returned items should be returned to us in a new unworn condition within ten days of purchase date, in original packaging and with all labels and new tags unremoved as we cannot refund items (for hygene purposes concerning intimates) which have been worn, are marked or have been in contact and contaminated by cigarette smoke. Games (which are listed on the novelties page) should remain sealed within the items original cellophane.

We will credit the amount of the returned goods to your credit card at the current rate of exchange when goods have been returned.

Please note we do not carry carriage costs for returns.
