Back Orders and Delays...
If your item
is not in stock or there is an unexpected delay in delivery we will
let you know and back order for you. You will always be sent an
email with the option to cancel your order should you not wish to
wait.
Credit Card Security...
All credit
card details are encrypted when the order is placed using 128-bit
encryption. Details are only decrypted when they reach our payment
processor PayPal and are not stored on any website. See

Returns Policy and
Guarantee... We
will guarantee to always refund or replace faulty items, and gladly
exchange goods if you are not entirely satisfied. Your statutory
rights are not effected.
1) Here's how to get
the best out of this service... Please include a note which states
clearly... (a) The item(s) you are returning, (b) a description
of the fault, (c) your valid email address, and mail your note to
us, along with the returned goods.
2) Returned items should
be returned to us in a new unworn condition within ten days of purchase
date, in original packaging and with all labels and new tags unremoved
as we cannot refund items (for hygene purposes concerning intimates)
which have been worn, are marked or have been in contact and contaminated
by cigarette smoke. Games (which are listed on the novelties
page) should remain sealed within the items original cellophane.
3) Please be sure to
obtain a proof of posting certificate from your post office. As
an alternative, you can mail by recorded delivery or some other
traceable method just in case the returned goods fail to reach us.
4) We will credit the
amount of the returned goods to your credit card at the current
rate of exchange when goods have been returned.
Please note we do not
carry carriage costs for returns.
All costs (including
insurance charges and customs duty) is the responsibility of the
customer.
We retain the rights
to refuse shipping of items and return all monies in total to buyers
residing in a few countries deemed by us as past performance problem
renown, and open to the risk of customs insecurity.
